CONSUMER RIGHTS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY (EU COMPLIANT)
GENERAL:
By placing an order electronically through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the Distance Sales Agreement provided to you in accordance with EU Consumer Protection standards.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the relevant consumer protection laws of the member state where the seller is registered, regarding the sale and delivery of products.
Unless otherwise stated during the checkout process, shipping costs and delivery expenses shall be borne by the buyer.
Purchased products shall be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer within a maximum of 30 days, as per legal requirements. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered in full, matching the specifications defined in the order, and including all necessary documentation such as user manuals and warranty certificates where applicable.
If the fulfillment of the order becomes impossible, the Seller must notify the Buyer in writing within 3 business days of learning about the situation. All payments, including delivery costs, must be refunded within 14 days of notification.
NON-PAYMENT AND TRANSACTION SECURITY:
If the Buyer fails to pay the product price or if the transaction is cancelled/reversed by the bank, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product is immediately terminated.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF PAYMENT METHODS:
If it is determined that the payment was made using a credit card or payment method unfairly used by unauthorized persons after the product has been delivered, and if the price is not paid to the Seller, the Buyer must return the product to the SELLER within 3 days. Return shipping costs in this specific case will be handled according to local consumer regulations.
FORCE MAJEURE AND UNFORESEEN DELAYS:
If the Seller cannot deliver the product on time due to force majeure (unforeseeable events beyond control), the Buyer will be notified. The Buyer may choose to cancel the order, replace the item, or wait until the obstacle is removed. In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed within 14 days. For credit card payments, please note that banks may take additional time (2-3 weeks) to reflect the refund on your statement.
INSPECTION AND DAMAGED GOODS:
The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon delivery. Damaged, broken, or opened packages should not be accepted from the courier. Once signed for, the goods are deemed to have been delivered in good condition. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be in its original condition. The invoice must be included with the return.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU STANDARD):
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the BUYER, or a third party indicated by the BUYER, acquires physical possession of the goods.

EXCLUSIONS AND CONDITIONS:
For service contracts, the withdrawal period starts from the date of the conclusion of the contract. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the service performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent before the end of the 14-day period.
In accordance with EU law, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the BUYER unless the SELLER has agreed to bear them or failed to inform the BUYER that they must bear them.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us via a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) before the 14-day period expires.
RETURN PROCESS:
The product invoice must be returned. For corporate purchases, a return invoice issued by the company is mandatory to complete the refund process.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, and without any damage.
REFUND POLICY:
The SELLER shall refund all payments received from the BUYER, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of having sent them back.
The BUYER is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
PRODUCTS EXEMPT FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (IMPORTANT):
In accordance with Article 16 of the EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to: - The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., underwear, swimwear, intimate health products, cosmetics). - Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. - Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. - Sealed audio, video recordings, or software unsealed by the consumer. - Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent.
Personal care products, reproducible software, and periodicals can only be returned if the seal or packaging remains strictly unopened and the product is unused.
LEGAL DISPUTES:
In case of default, interest and legal costs shall be governed by the agreement between the cardholder and their bank. Furthermore, the European Commission provides a platform for **Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)**, which can be accessed at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
